What's included?

When does it start?

• Wednesday, February 2nd 2022

• Sessions will be Wednesdays at 6:30pm EST and are 45 minutes

• My initial reason for creating a group program was so that I could see more people from my waitlist sooner. The first round was incredible and even better than I had hoped, so I am so thrilled to be starting this next round of groups. I realized that the ebook is the perfect resource to use in conjunction with this program, and as a member of the program, you get thorough guidance, structure, and tools as I cover each topic weekly. Plus the nature of our discussions in group sessions lead to lessons and break-throughs that could never happen from the book alone. It's so amazing!

• Plus, before we start, you will be invited to share exactly what you want to get out of this program, so even in a group, the sessions will be uniquely tailored to what you need.

 

How much is the program?

• The program is $1,000, broken into two separate payments of $500. The first payment is due at sign-up, and the second payment will be automatically charged one month later. You will receive an email prior to the second payment being charged. 

• Due to the nature of the program, payments are non-refundable, and sign-up expresses commitment to the full program. 

• Payment plans are available if needed and I'm happy to discuss this with you!

 

Can I stop once I start?

• The program is designed as a curriculum from start to finish, and I ask that you attend each session to the best of your ability.

• One of the benefits of the group setting is to foster a sense of support and community, which helps build relationships not just between you and me, but also among the group members together. For this reason, it is a closed group designed for attendance from start to finish without stopping part-way through.

• If you are unable to make a session, please let me know in advance so that I can accommodate and get the material and information to you.

• Additionally, you of course will get maximum benefit from completing the full program!

 

Anything else I should know?

• The group will be capped at 8 people to allow for a comfortable and private setting that supports sharing and communication.

• We will meet virtually via a secure platform called Healthie. Before purchasing, you will be asked to create an account with Healthie if you do not already have one. That is the email and login you will use for our sessions, so once you create it, you'll be all set up!
